AllHipHop.com reports that DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was released from an Arizona jail on July 6, after serving four months out of his six month jail sentence for violating the terms of his drug probation. At this point, it's unclear of where the rapper's family law proceedings would take place, but news reports say that he does own a home in the Grand Canyon state so it's likely that Phoenix family lawyers could be getting involved.
The rapper's estranged wife, on the other hand, could be heading for the glamour and fame of Hollywood. Tashera Simmons has reportedly landed her own reality television series titled Tashera Simmons....Life After X. The reality show will be giving a firsthand account of how the Simmons family is dealing with DMX's legal problems.

Sometimes people feel that a legal separation is the simple way out of a marriage, but Phoenix family lawyers will often say that the process of a separation can sometimes be just as complicated as a divorce.
