The Most Wanted Deadbeat Parents in America

There's a new television show that will soon be catching the attention of family lawyers and parents everywhere. It's called "Most Wanted Deadbeat Parents" and it's set to start filming its first two episodes in Bradford County, Pa this July.

The Ithaca Journal reports that this television series will feature one hour programs with four of the most serious child support evaders being profiled with each episode. The show will be using public records and victim statements to identify parents who have reportedly abandoned their child support obligations. Viewers will then be asked to help locate these parents.

The show has a similar format to "America's Most Wanted" but is specifically aimed at cracking down on those who owe a large amount of child support. Anybody who believes that their child support case should be considered for the show is encouraged to contact program creator Sherry Haskins at sherry@mostwanteddbp.com. The show creators recently signed a deal with the Life Broadcasting Network to syndicate and distribute the program nationally.

A television show like "Most Wanted Deadbeat Parents" may shed light on the consequences of not paying child support and possibly on problems with child support laws in America. Arizona is one of 15 U.S states that displays the most wanted child support evaders in the state through a government agency website. The most wanted child support evaders in Arizona that have an arrest warrant issued for them can be found on the Division of Child Support Enforcement's website at https://www.azdes.gov/main.aspx?menu=24&id=350.
